In Cincinnati, Ohio, Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Megan Shanahan declared a mistrial in the case against Ray Tensing. On the fourth day of deliberations, a jury of 10 whites and two blacks remained deadlocked and unable to agree on a unanimous verdict.
