A grand jury in Philadelphia charged Philadelphia Police Officers Sean McKnight and Kevin Robinson with aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy, reckless endangerment, lying to authorities, falsifying records and obstructing justice in the May, 2013 beating of Najee Rivera after a traffic stop.
