Belgian officials said that four men, two of them brothers, were responsible for the explosions at the Brussels Zaventem international airport and the Maelbeek metro station.
Ibrahim El Bakraoui (29 years old) was one of the suicide bombers at the airport, and his brother Khalid el-Bakraoui (27 years old) was the suicide bomber in the metro attack. Laachraoui was recently named as an accomplice of Salah Abdeslam (the man captured five days ago who was involved in the November 13, 2015 Paris attacks).
