Electoral Vote is a website that tracks political polls for federal elections in the United States. One thing that sets this site apart from other political polling sites is that it tracks state-by-state polls rather than generic national polls. Another really nice thing about the site is that the author states he is "scrupulously honest about all the numbers" and non-partisan. The website is updated once a day (early AM) so the data is current and relevant.
At the top of the Home page is a map of the United States. When you hover over any state you see a small window of information for that state showing which way the upcoming election is leaning along with each candidate and his or her projected percent of the vote. When you click on a state you see a graph of how each candidate has been doing in the polls in the recent past.
Just beneath the map is a section titled "News from the Votemaster" which contains short, informative articles about the latest events relating to the upcoming election. At the bottom of the Home page is an archive of all the articles.
But, that's just the Home page. There's so much more, so check it out!
